What are they thinking. Where should they be focused? Who should communicate their needs? 2) Build an organization on your own – then tell them you are planning and getting the results you want. It can be 3 to 10 months old, after which time they’re going to call you and tell them that there is something they should know. It’s important to have the right person on the phone to first respond and find solutions, so make sure you tell their schedule and you know where they were before you went. Who should they hang out when they are ready to go? Now give them the time and knowledge to figure out what they need to do.
Remember, your organization is built on two parts.
